Steps To Make Websites Fast & Easy
These are the steps that must be taken to create a usable website
Before You Can Start
Preliminary
- Decide what you want to promote. (product, service or idea etc...)
- Research to determine if you have a good idea
- Determine who wants what you are promoting (your target market, audience)
- Determine the best value (or best benefit) of what you want to promote
Research
Analyze your competition by making sure you know who and what your competing against. Learn how and where your competitors advertise. What are their strengths and weaknesses. Decide how your business is going to compete.
You can get many answers by doing an online search to see who is promoting simular product, service or ideas.
Get Domain Name
Choosing a domain name is a very important because your domain name is how people will find and recognize your business on the internet. Your domain should be easy to remember and relate to your product, service or idea. You website should also be based around your domain name. Visitors will click on your domain name because it represents what they are looking for. When they visitor your site they expect to find what they were searching for. You can get a domain name through Builderall in the back office or you can purchase a domain name through your own vender. I choose to get my domains through Namecheap.

The purpose of your website?
Your website serves two main purposes:
1. To attract people to your website
2. To convince people to do what you what them to do. Such as purchase a product or service.
A Website needs to accomplish three Things:

⦁ Get Visitors to take actions
Figure out what you want your website to do?

⦁ To Sell products
⦁ To entertain
⦁ To collect information

Decide what you want your visitor to do?

⦁ To buy something
⦁ To fill out a form
⦁ To subscribe to your news letter
⦁ To come in to your brick and mortar business

Determine what information you need on your website to achieve your goals?

Collect content you want on your website:
I recommend creating one main folder for your website on your computer. Then creating additional sub folders inside the main folder for each catagory of content.

Call to Action
The must important feature on a website is the call to action. A clear call to action tells your visitor what you want them to do. For example: buy your product, call you, fill out a form and etc...A call to action is a statment or button that gets your veiwer to take the action you want them to take.
Step #2 Edit Template
Place the (content, images and videos) that you collected in the preliminary steps in your website where you want it.
If you can't come up with any content on your own you can alway choose to have it produced for you or buy it from a content vendor below.

Step #3 Connect domain
If you get your domain name from Builderall it is a simple process to connect your domain. There will be more information in your backoffice.
If you got your domain from another vender like namecheap. You have to point your domain at the Builderall servers by connecting the server codes to your vender. I can show you how. There is more information in the backoffice on how to do this also.
Step #4 Test website
After you have finished making your website. Make sure you test everything on your website to make sure all is working the way you would like it to.
Check:
- Navigation directions
- Make sure all links verify destinations
- contact information
- contact forms destinations
Also you need to set up a way to track your website results. So you can consistently improve your website. Google analytics is one tool you can use to track results
Step #5 Publish & promote
To publish your website click the publish button in your backoffice.
Step #6 Track Results
Knowledge about your customers and market can help you improve your website, and advertising which will lead to increased conversions. Knowledge such as:

⦁ How they find you
⦁ Where they are engaging on your site
⦁ What they like and dislike about your site
⦁ Determine whether your lead generation efforts are working
